If you are looking for something with a smooth strawberry banana taste look no further. Jam packed with vitamins, minerals, anti- depressants, and many more this smoothie is just for you! Best part about smoothies is that all you have to do is put it in the blender add water and away you go!
Ingredients
-2 cups of Kale -1 cup of Strawberries -4 Bananas -1 tbsp. Turmeric -2 tbsp. Flax Seed -125 grams Cucumber -1/4 of a Lemon - 1 1/2 cup Water
