Last but not least we have the Pineapple Peach Mango Smoothie. This smoothies taste like we got it straight from the tropics its self. This smoothie is full of calories and will keep you full and stop you from needing snacks. With a lot of vitamin A this is great for vision and maintaining that clear skin we all dream of! The pineapple in this also takes completely over not with flavor; although it does add great taste, but with your digestion. Pineapple helps move everything through you smoothly so you dont spend your whole day in the bathroom. We also add flax seed so we dont miss out on any Omega-3.

-2.5 oz. of Banana
-1/4 cup of Red Seedless Grapes
-2 Tbsp. of Flax Seed
-1/2 cup of Rice Milk
