This will be the green smoothie front and center in the picture above. This smoothie is packed full of vitamins and nutrients! Loaded with iron from the kale, Vitamin C from all three, and potassium from bananas. Youll be having a great start to your morning. Although this is my breakfast smoothie it would work great through out the entire day! Also with just three dates youll be packing in lots of calories, Fiber, and Magnesium! These little fruits help with colon cancer, abdominal cancer, muscle soreness, and many other things. Oh and nasty hemroids that no one wants to talk about but are a very real thing! I will be beginning to talk about micro nutrients as well because too many people fail to recognize how important these little guys are! One little side note dont be alarmed by the sugar. Its all coming from fruits and veggies. None of it is refiened what I like to call "fake" sugar. All it is going to do is give you a nice boost of energy with out the crash. So lets get into ingredients.
