This is The Ultimate Recovery Smoothie

In this recipe we will be making a smoothie that allows your body to reduce inflammation, lower muscle soreness, lower the risk of heart disease, and many more benefits. This smoothie is jam packed full of vitamin A, vitamin C, and potassium. I am currently recovering from a hernia in my groin and this made me feel great!


Ingredients


- 5 Medium Bananas

- 1 cup of Strawberries

- 1 tsp. of Turmeric

- 2 Tbsp. Flax Seed

- 3 cups of Kale

- 2 tsp.; Ginger root

- 1/2 cup of Carrots
