Welcome Back To Another Smoothie Recipe
In this recipe we will be filling up the blender to the top! This smoothie comes out with a very strong orange taste so if you like orange this is the one for you! This is super high in vitamin C and A, has a lot of Potassium and also has eighty percent of your RDA of fiber!
Ingredients
-1 medium apple
-I orange
-2 plums
-1 cup of grapes
-2 cups of baby spinach
-1 tbsp. turmeric
-2 tbsp. flax seed
-2 medium bananas
