Berry Blast Smoothie

Looking for a nice smooth boost of energy to kick start your day or keep it going? Look no further than the jar in the middle. I like to call it the antioxident king. This smoothie is loaded with berries. With a nice hint of turmeric to help your body absorb all the antioxidents it is also crushing the game when it comes to fiber! People fail to realise how important fiber is. Especially men! One of the numer one cancers amongst men is colon cancer, and it has such a simple fix. FIBER! Ive recently begun putting dates in all of my smoothies because they are sweet, you dont need a lot, and they do so much for our bodies! Now lets talk ingredients. 

Ingredients

-1 tsp. of Turmeric

-1 cup of Rice Milk

-1/2 cup of Blackberries

-1 1/2 cup of Blueberries

-1/2 cup of Red Seedless Grapes

-3/4 cup of Strawberries

-3 Dates

-3/4 cup of Rasberries
